A Study On The Satisfaction Degree Of Government Pension Compensation For Land-lost Farmers In Tianjin

Agriculture,rural areas and farmers are fundamental issues that bear on the national economy and people's livelihood.However,urban space expansion has an increasing demand for non-agricultural construction land,and a large number of cultivated land,agricultural land and collective land have been occupied,and some farmers have become land-lost farmers.State intervention in land-lost farmers has always been in a passive position,combined with the binary segmentation problem in social security system in our country,the farmer's land safeguard function partially or completely disappeared,and at the same time of the treatment of citizens is not followed,land-lost farmers evolved into the "marginal people" between urban and rural areas,will be faced with life,employment and pension security and a series of problems,seriously affecting their sustainable development.In view of various problems encountered by land-lost farmers in pension compensation and other aspects,the tianjin municipal government attaches great importance to and has the courage to innovate,and issued three policies in succession in the ten years from 2004 to 2014,aiming at ensuring land-lost farmers to spend their later life smoothly and complete the transition to "citizenization" smoothly.It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to strengthen top-level design and optimize policy design by studying the implementation effect of pension compensation in the past ten years and analyzing the specific factors affecting the satisfaction degree of pension compensation to grasp the actual needs of land-lost farmers.This paper aims at the satisfaction degree of the land-lost farmers in their old-age compensation and its influencing factors in tianjin.What are the specific factors affecting the satisfaction of land-lost farmers with old-age compensation;How strong or weak;Countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the satisfaction of land-lost farmers with old-age compensation.Based on the above problems,the article first part of this article defining the related concepts of the research object,combined with domestic and foreign relevant theory to carry on the discussion,standing on the "shoulder" of previous studies,combined with social justice theory,maslow's hierarchy of needs and the stakeholder theory further states the necessity of improving the land-lost farmers endowment compensation satisfaction.In the second part of this paper,the evolution of social security policies for land-lost farmers in China is first introduced,and then the old-age compensation policies for land-lost farmers in tianjin are emphatically sorted out.The specific content of old-age compensation is compared in time dimension,and the combination of theory and practice is used to better grasp the adjustment and optimization of old-age compensation policies.The third part of this paper elaborates on the research design of the satisfaction degree of endowment compensation for land-lost farmers in tianjin,and establishes the satisfaction evaluation index system,which includes three parts: the individual endowment of land-lost farmers,the satisfaction degree of the main independent variables and the satisfaction degree of the dependent variables.Then the questionnaire field survey,later combing and independent variable judgment.The article fourth part is the empirical part of this study,mainly through descriptive statistics,factor analysis,multiple linear regression method to explain the land-lost farmers satisfaction evaluation of the compensation for the pension and explore the factors influencing satisfaction,the study found that of land-lost farmers endowment in average deviation compensation satisfaction evaluation,is a distance to be satisfied.Then,all independent variables were brought into the multiple linear regression equation,and it was found that policy perception,policy support,policy fairness,policy expectation,gender,age,education level,individual monthly income and expenditure,and the number of children directly affected satisfaction,while years of policy enjoyment indirectly affected satisfaction evaluation.Finally,the following conclusions are obtained: first,there is still room for improvement in the old-age compensation of land-lost farmers;Secondly,the satisfaction model can better explain the implementation effect of pension compensation.Third,the concept of raising children for their old age is gradually fading.To sum up,the article puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions and research prospects.First,the subject of government should strengthen the top-level design and overall planning;Second,the social subject gives full play to the intermediary role of social organizations;Third,the main body of land-lost farmers: the individual state of mind return to rational peace.Future research directions can be started from three aspects: the cross-regional comparative study on the satisfaction of land-lost farmers' pension compensation,the expansion of the research on the factors affecting the satisfaction of public policy,and the strengthening of the dynamic tracking research on the satisfaction of land-lost farmers.
