A Research On The Development Strategy Of Hunan Branch Of Industrial Securities Company

China's economy is undergoing profound changes.Developing a multi-level capital market and increasing the proportion of direct financing have become important strategies for the country's economic transformation and upgrading.The development of securities industry is more rapid;the competition is more intense;and the industry is speeding up the shuffle.In this situation,securities companies can only find the right strategy to effectively promote the growth of strategies and methods to achieve business,competitiveness and revenue,profit growth.Taking the development strategy research of Hunan Branch of Industrial Securities(HBIS)as an example,this paper discusses the national macro environment,industrial environment,internal conditions of HBIS,development strategy formulation and implementation.Firstly,starting from the analysis of the current national macro environment and the securities industry,and combining with the development status of HBIS,this paper discusses the existing resources,profit model and core competitiveness of the regional business of industrial securities in Hunan.Secondly,according to the internal and external environment faced by the development of HBIS,the development strategy in line with the current situation of HBIS is formulated and selected through SWOT analysis.Thirdly,the strategic implementation measures are elaborated from five dimensions,including improving the traditional brokerage business model,increasing the business profit channels,building a comprehensive financial service system,developing business model innovation,and exploring the integration model with the Internet.Finally,the implementation of the strategy is guaranteed by five systems,including organizational structure,risk management system,information construction,internal training system and core business structure.Hunan Branch of Industrial Securities is regarded as the branch company in hunan by Industrial Securities Group,the formulation and implementation of its development strategy are conducive to the realization of the second five-year plan of industrial Securities Group.It also helps the company to understand the external environment and the sorting out of its own conditions,and enhances the market competitiveness.
