With the persistent development of China's economy and continuous consciousness of health need, health insurance business faces a booming market space, and thus faces more and more competition. How to improve opportunities and face challenges for rapid upgrade of competitive capabilities are key tasks of China's life insurance organizations, and a historic responsibility of the staff in health insurance organizations.Under the guidance of enterprise strategic development, this article analyzes the actuality, macroscopic and environment, opportunities of PICC Health Hunan Branch (PICCHHN) with PEST analysis and Porter's five strengths model, and gives SWOT analyze with the relationship of interior and exterior relationship. Hereby this article sets out the specialty development strategy with the core of the combination of health insurance and health management, and gives relative ensuring measures to the implementation of the strategy, including organization, team building, strategic partners, marketing management, and enterprise culture. In the end this article elaborates the strategic operations and powerful supports to the implementation of these strategic measures.This article comes to the conclusion that PICCHHN's development strategy focuses the strategies of centralization and differentiation, which is integrated into the specialty development strategy of PICCHHN with the core of the combination of health insurance and health management. The research is beneficial to the development strategy of other health insurance organizations. |
