With the rapid development of mobile Internet,internet-shared bicycles enter the field of intelligent rental with innovative business models.Relying on the economic advantages of the platform provided by "Internet +" and relying on efficient resource allocation and operation means,the transaction costs between users and merchants are greatly reduced,thus promoting the development of the industry scale economy.Bike-sharing was born in China in 2014,which solved the problem of the last kilometer of urban travel.In 2017,the market size of China's sharing economy reached 572.2 billion yuan,growing rapidly with a year-on-year growth of 44.6 percent.However,from the middle of 2018,the growth rate of the market has significantly slowed down,and many small enterprises in the sharing economy are also facing the fate of merger and acquisition,or bankruptcy,and negative news from this aspect is not uncommon.The collapse of wukong bicycle can be said to be a landmark event in the bike-sharing industry.Since then,the bike-sharing industry has officially started to reshuffle.Wukong's short life cycle,in a sense,its experience also reflects the future of other companies.This paper combines literature research,case study and management theory.Through PEST analysis,porter five model analysis,business model of the wu is empty bike failure reason carries on the detailed and deep analysis,found blindly enter,fault management strategy choice and product internal factors such as lack of core competitiveness,and from the perspective of Shared bicycle industry,analysis of the external reason is lack of effective supervision and industry formulated the corresponding access mechanism,in the end,respectively from the perspective of enterprise managers and regulators put forward related Suggestions.
