Research On The Co-evolution Strategy Of Lao Foreign Trade Bank

The co evolution strategy is proposed by Lu Jiangyong,a Chinese scholar,based on the enterprise life cycle,which is a new definition of the enterprise life cycle.The co evolution strategy has important reference value for the development strategy layout of an enterprise.Laos Foreign Trade Bank is an important state-owned bank in Laos.In November 1989,Laos promulgated the central bank law and the commercial bank management law,formally transforming Laos Foreign Trade Bank into a state-owned bank.During the development of decades,Laos Foreign Trade Bank has made great achievements,and listed in 2010.Meanwhile,Laos Foreign trade bank cooperates with Vietnam and other national banks to establish insurance companies,diversified business content and expanded scope.However,with the rapid development and growth of other banks in Laos,the development advantages and competitive advantages of foreign trade banks in Laos in the past are no longer obvious,and there are certain "bottlenecks" in terms of talents,funds,development paths,etc.Based on the objective analysis of the development of the Foreign Trade Bank of Laos,this study uses the common evolution theory to analyze and select the strategy of the Foreign Trade Bank of Laos.This paper defines the current development stage of foreign trade bank,selects and designs the common evolution path of each stage,and puts forward suggestions for the implementation of the strategy of foreign trade bank in the growth stage,the gain expansion stage and the benefit upgrading transformation stage.That is to say,in the long-term stage of the benefit,foreign trade bank can choose the outlet expansion strategy,the service upgrading strategy and the channel Expansion strategy;in the stage of gain expansion,foreign trade bank strategy can choose integration strategy,coordination strategy,integration strategy and high-end service strategy;in the stage of benefit upgrading transformation,foreign trade bank strategy can choose transformation strategy and abandon strategy.
