Today,with the full coverage of the Internet,people's consumption concept is constantly improving and they begin to pursue personalized products and services.C2 M business model can meet the needs of consumers to the greatest extent and enable consumers to participate in sales.Meanwhile,it can change the previous commodity sales model driven by production and consumption and realize intelligent sales.It is a business model promoted by various e-commerce platforms in recent years.Financial strategy is a functional strategy that supports the overall strategy of an enterprise from the perspective of finance.The selection and implementation of financial strategy matching the business model is conducive to realizing the overall strategy of the enterprise,giving play to the competitive advantages of the business model and providing support for the enterprise to realize value maximization.Pinduoduo is a typical representative rising against the trend in the e-commerce industry by virtue of its C2 M business model.The analysis of pinduoduo's business model and financial strategy selection and implementation effect is of reference significance to the financial strategy selection of emerging Internet enterprises.By referring to relevant studies of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper builds a theoretical analysis framework of the relationship between strategic differences,business models and financial strategies,and clarifies the logical relationship that "strategic differences determine the choice of business models,and business models influence financial strategies".Then,the financial strategy of pinduoduo is analyzed step by step according to the idea of formulating financial strategy--implementing process--comparing and evaluating the implementation effect.The study found that pinduoduo's strategic positioning focuses on increasing user scale and seizing market share,while its business model focuses on reducing costs to meet consumers' personalized needs and manufacturers' economies of scale.Pinduoduo's financial strategy is based on the C2 M business model.According to its growth stage,pinduoduo adopts an expansion financial strategy,and implements an asset-light,long-term and specialized investment strategy,as well as a financing strategy based on equity financing,which results in an increase in market size and revenue.On the whole,pinduoduo's financial strategy and business model have achieved good results through mutual cooperation,and it has won sufficient capital guarantee for the enterprise to carry out strategic differences with other enterprises in the industry,and finally helped it to realize value maximization.Based on the results of pinduoduo's business model selection and financial strategy,this paper puts forward the following Suggestions for emerging Internet enterprises: define a reasonable business model to gain competitive advantages;Define the financial strategy direction and choose the financial strategy suitable for the development stage of the enterprise;Strengthen product quality control,committed to long-term development.
