Research On The Impact Of Consumption Upgrade On Industrial Upgrade In Jiangxi Province

Consumption is the“ballast stone”for the stable operation of China's economy and the “ main force ” for its economic growth.The Chinese government has repeatedly emphasized the enhancement of the basic role of consumption in economic development.Since the reform and opening up,Jiangxi Province has made remarkable achievements in economic construction,the national economy has continued to grow,the quality life of urban and rural residents has continued to improve,and consumption has been continuously upgraded.With the upgrading of residents consumption,the industrial structure of Jiangxi Province is constantly being optimized and upgraded.Economic resources flow from relatively inefficient industries to relatively efficient industries.Industrial upgrading has become the theme of economic development in Jiangxi Province.As an underdeveloped province in central China,Jiangxi Province is severely restricted in both exports and investment.Jiangxi's economic growth must shift to rely on consumption.Industrial upgrading has become the key to sustained growth in Jiangxi's economy.The most important thing is to adjust according to the consumption of residents Existing industrial structure.This article is based on the existing literature.First,from a theoretical perspective,the basic theory of consumption upgrading on industrial upgrading and the corresponding mechanism are analyzed accordingly.Second,from an empirical perspective,the IO-SDA model is used to analyze the impact of consumption upgrading on industrial upgrading.In order to verify the impact of consumption upgrading on industrial upgrading,first of all,a comparative analysis of the contribution rate of demand factors in various industries is conducted,and it is concluded that consumer demand has a greater effect on the output of various industrial sectors,and its changes have a great effect on the changes of various industries big influences,such as changes in consumer demand,have an important impact on promoting the rapid development of emerging industries and inhibiting thedevelopment of backward industries and traditional industries.Second,we decompose the consumption of residents in Jiangxi Province into the consumption structure of urban and rural residents and the level of urban and rural consumption and analyze its impact on industrial upgrading.It is concluded that changes in the consumption structure of urban residents and rural residents have a strong similarity in the impact of various industries.The output effect of changes in the consumption structure of residents on the basic industries is weakening year by year,and the output effect on industries improve that the lives of residents and the quality of life are increasing year by year.There is a certain difference between the changes in the consumption level of urban residents and the changes in the consumption level of rural residents in various industries.For the agricultural sector,the effect of changes in the consumption level of rural residents on agricultural output has decreased,while the changes in the consumption level of urban residents have affected the output of agriculture.The effect has been enhanced.For the industrial sector and the service sector,the impact of changes in the consumption levels of urban and rural residents shows that the output effect on some energy-consuming industries in the industrial sector has weakened,while the output effect on some modern industries has been year by year.Increased,although the output effect on the service sector has weakened,but its impact is still positive.Third,the influence of various industries in Jiangxi Province is analyzed,and the influence coefficient of the agricultural sector is gradually decreasing,indicating that its role in the economic development of Jiangxi Province is gradually weakening,while the influence coefficients of industrial and service industries are relatively strong.;Fourth,taking the development of Jiangxi's e-commerce industry as a specific case,exploring the continuous enrichment of consumer demand and its structure,and the role of development in optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure;Finally,based on the research results,we point out some policy recommendations.Based on the research results,this paper proposes the following policy Suggestions: firstly,from the establishment and improvement of effective income growth mechanism and security mechanism,as well as the cultivation of newconsumption hot spots and ways,to improve the consumption capacity and willingness of residents.Secondly,we should take consumption upgrading as the orientation to strengthen the adjustment of industrial structure.For example,we should build a market-oriented industrial structure cultivation mechanism combined with government support,provide funds and talent cultivation support for the development of emerging industrial sectors,take consumption as the orientation,deepen supply-side reform and build brand awareness to improve product quality.
