Abstract/Summary:
Rural finance is the lifeblood of modern rural economy.As an important way of asset allocation,rural finance plays an important role in promoting the development of rural economy,improving the living standards of various rural subjects,and boosting rural revitalization.The equilibrium between supply and demand of rural finance is the ideal state to achieve the highest efficiency and the greatest benefit.Whether can satisfy the financial demand of each main body in the countryside effectively is the standard that tests rural financial system.Therefore,in this paper,through on-the-spot investigation and visit,from two aspects: rural financial supply and demand,this paper expounded the status of jining region of rural financial supply,at the same time analyzed the jining city farmers in rural areas and rural enterprise two behavior main body in the aspects of credit,insurance,and investment demand,thus obtained the conclusion of jining area rural financial market supply and demand imbalance,and further reveals the causes and possible solutions.Finally,in reference to the relevant experts and scholars research basis,in combination with the practical situation of jining city in rural areas,the author thinks that the rural financial return to "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",in view of the multi-level needs of farmers and rural enterprises,the government as the leading factor,constantly improve the banking system and insurance system,and encourage the development of support all kinds of local financial institutions,and in accordance with the "Internet +" of modernization,rural financial innovation service mode,so as to meet the demand of rural subject’s real demand,promote the further development of rural economy of jining.
