Settle the problemof“Countryside, agriculture, peasant” all more or less dependent on rural finance.Rural finance is now at the core position of the rural economy,it increases the incomeof farmer and promote the rural economic prosperity, the current rural financialsystem has a series of problems, it have seriously affected the problem of“Countryside, agriculture, peasant” solve, especially inhibits the financing demand offarmers, and affect China’s rural economic development. Therefore the construction ofa versatile, efficient rural financial system is very urgent.China’s current rural financial system reform is not consider the main bodydiversification: the rural economy development and rural financial needs to reform therural financial system, and not practical to promote financial system optimization.Long-term since, the demand of rural finance has always been ignored, a seriousimbalance between supply and demand of rural finance, it influences the overallcoordination development of rural financial system.This article proceed with the current rural financial supply, put forward aperspective of the rural financial supply main body diversity, in accordance with theoperating mode characteristic analysis of the current block respectively supply subjectof the rural finance and the status of the existing problems, and learn from foreignexperience and Enlightenment of the development of the rural finance system, andthen put forward the improvement of China’s rural financial system construction,remodeling the new rural financial system.The new construction of the rural financial system must be based on the ruralfinancial demand to arrange supply function, promote its market and property rightreform, improve the main body rural financial supply capacity: expand the policy offinancial support agriculture financing coverage; to promote the commercial financesupporting agriculture pattern of the market; promote cooperation financial propertyright reform; normative folk finance to compensate for the formal financial servicesblank; develop new financial institutions to expand the rural financing servicechannels: to build diversified rural financial system innovation of guarantee andsecurity; to establish and perfect the agriculture insurance to protect the interests of farmers.
