| Under the new normal economic situation,the complementary advantages of natural resources and factors of production endowment and geographical location between China and Russia make the trade relations between China and Russia deepen gradually.Especially after China implemented the strategy of "one belt and one road",the economic corridor between China and Russia gradually realized docking,enabling Sino Russian trade cooperation to win more opportunities for development.However,due to the complexity of international trade cooperation and international relations,there are inevitably a series of problems in the trade cooperation between China and Russia.In order to promote the sustainable development of Sino-Russian trade relations,this paper,based on the analysis of the current situation and course of Sino-Russian trade development,and in view of the problems and influencing factors of Sino-Russian trade development,puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of trade structure,trade service system,trade settlement mode,trade regulations and trade diversification.And from the perspective of geo economic strategic needs and complementary advantages,this paper analyzes the development prospects of Sino Russian trade under the background of "one belt and one road" strategy,with a view to promoting better development of Sino Russian trade cooperation.From the perspective of the development process and current situation of bilateral trade cooperation between Russia and China,the scale of trade cooperation between Russia and China has been expanding as a whole,the trade structure has been gradually optimized,the trade dependence of Russia on China is relatively high,and that of China on Russia is relatively low.From the perspective of trade complementarity and competition between China and Russia,this paper uses the TC index and RCA index model to analyze that Russia and China The bilateral trade between the two countries is highly complementary,less competitive,with a low degree of intra industry trade and a small degree of trade integration.The trade structure of the two countries is very complementary,and the trade competition index is not large.At the same time,there are many problems in the bilateral trade cooperation between Russia and China,including the imbalance of bilateral trade cooperation,Russia’s deficit in recent years in the trade cooperation between Russia and China is large;moreover,the scale of bilateral trade cooperation accounts for a small proportion of China’s foreign trade,and the scale of trade cooperation needs to be improved;from the perspective of trade structure,although it has slightly improved in recent years,it is still relatively single and integrated In addition,the trade service system of the two countries is not perfect,especially in the border trade between the two countries,which has brought greater restrictions on the expansion of bilateral trade cooperation between Russia and China.Through the research,it is found that the influencing factors of bilateral trade cooperation between Russia and China are not only related to the policy and economic factors of the two countries,but also affected by their own factors and social and cultural factors. |
