China and Russia are the one of big countries in the world and play an important role as a major power. The two countries have a long history of economic and trade exchanges. As early as the 17th century Russia has been junior existence of informal trade ties .In 1689, China and Russia signed the "Treaty of Nerchinsk," and established a treaty-based official trade relations.With China's reform and opening up, China's economy has maintained a sustained high growth. The recent period of time, Russia has emerged economic prosperity. The economic growth has provided a good foundation. Study of the Sino-Russian trade relations, the understanding of the problems for the better development of bilateral economic and trade relations and providing some analysis or conclusions are main goals. By using the latest data, described the current situation of Sino-Russian trade. Analysis the bilateral trade structure and trade in their respective comparative advantages (using the revealed comparative advantage index). Analyzed the bilateral trade complementarities. According to the basis of the analysis, we summed up Sino-Russian trade, the main problems, and give some suggestions.In this paper, the first part is about the introduction and description of the recent Sino-Russian economic and trade situation of the status quo. China and Russia have maintained a high economic growth rate and have laid a good foundation for the trade of the two countries. Bilateral trade between China and Russia benefits from the economies of the two countries. The second part is analysis of the Sino-Russian bilateral trade structure, the respective comparative advantages and trade between China and Russia are complementary. China's comparative advantage mainly concentrated in manufactures. Russia's comparative advantage is concentrated in the energy and minerals, the two countries complement each other in foreign trade is still relatively strong. But the structure is simple and most are low-end products because of the periods of economic development in the world and the division of the position. The single structure of trade will continue for some time. The third part is about bilateral trade between the two countries existed various issues and we give some suggestions involving trade order, "gray clearance", China's export of labor services. Russian nationalist sentiment and trade protection for Sino-Russian trade and so on. Conclusions of this paper are part of a summing up of the preamble to answer a few questions, then a prospect of Sino-Russian trade in the future.
