Research On Distribution Network Planning Evaluation Based On Fuzzy Set Pair Analysis

Power System Planning Project (PSPP)is an important part of Power System Planning,so it is necessary to make a comprehensive evaluation and analysis to PSPP. This paper analysis the PSPP's background and documentation, basing on which this paper analysis various factors impacting on PSPP and establish comprehensive evaluation index system of PSPP .Then it fixes PSPP's t index weight using Analytic hierarchy process and Entropy value method and establishes comprehensive evaluation model basing on Set pair analysis of Fuzzy evaluation method .According to the actual situation of Southern Hebei, Baoding network and the study of six projects in Dingzhou, Zhuozhou, Xushui , Rongchen, Anguo, this paper puts forward relevant proposals and measures.
