Research On The Retarding Effect Of The High-tech Industry On The Excessive Deindustrialization Of China

As China entered the middle and late stages of industrialization,and in response to the needs of economic structure transformation,there has been a rapid decline in the proportion of industrial added value and employment in deindustrialization.Differs from that of developed countries in the industrial efficiency magnanimous,on the basis of developing and perfecting service to industrialization,industry still has a larger development space in our country at present stage,the service sector is still difficult to undertake the important task of supporting national economic development,at this time of go industrialization is low efficiency of heavy industrialization,will a negative impact on the stable and healthy development of national economy.In recent years,the driving effect of high-tech industry on national economy has been continuously enhanced,and its technology penetration through the industrial correlation effect has played an important role in promoting the improvement of factor allocation efficiency and the transformation of traditional industries.Therefore,it is of practical significance to explore the retarding effect of the development of high-tech industry on China's inefficient excessive deindustrialization.This paper systematically combed the domestic and foreign literature on deindustrialization and high-tech industry,and expounded the theoretical mechanism of the effect of the development of high-tech industry on excessive deindustrialization.High-tech industry can promote the development of high manufacturing industry and producer services to realize the retarding effect on excessive deindustrialization.The results of the research on the development status of high-tech industry show that the development level of high-tech industry keeps improving,but the development gap between regions keeps increasing.The research results of deindustrialization and excessive deindustrialization in China show that the phenomenon of excessive deindustrialization occurs at both the national level and the provincial level,and the excessive deindustrialization has a negative effect on China's economic growth.The results of the research on the retarding effect of the development of high-tech industry on the industrial transition show that the high-tech industry is closely related to the manufacturing industry and producer services industry,and it has the strongest technology spillover effect.The high technology industry has a significant retarding effect on the excessive deindustrialization and the mediating effect on the over-deindustrialization by promoting the development of high manufacturing industryand producer services.The development of high-tech industry has a single threshold effect on excessive deindustrialization.Only after crossing the threshold value can high-tech industry exert a positive retarding effect on excessive deindustrialization.Finally,summarizing this paper and suggestions are that,develop high-tech industry,promote the development of high-tech manufacturing industry and modern service industry,promote the reasonable industrial structure and meet the consumer demand.
