Currently,the development of China's economy needs the support of numerous Chinese enterprises.In terms of the development of China's enterprises,while more and more good enterprises are able to prosper,the poorly performed enterprises are facing the high risk of collapse and bankruptcy.There are many reasons for the bankruptcy and bankruptcy of enterprises.On the one hand,the quality of products of enterprises are poor and the core technology level is low.Therefore,the products and technologies of enterprises are easy to find substitutes in the market.On the other hand,more and more enterprises have homogeneous products and development models,so many enterprises find it difficult to find a suitable position in the market and stand out from the market competition.If we say that the improvement of the technical level of enterprises cannot be achieved overnight,then enterprises can look for a breakthrough in the management and marketing of enterprises.For the most enterprises,to choose the way to optimize marketing and enrich marketing strategies is an effective way to improve market competitiveness and win market share.Under such a background,this paper chooses to study the internal advantages and disadvantages and external advantages and disadvantages of enterprises from the perspective of marketing,and improves the existing marketing strategies according to the enterprise's situation and the current market situation.This paper chooses a case enterprise--Guangzhou ZHIBAN technology CO.,LTD.,and analyzes the marketing situation of Guangzhou ZHIBAN technology CO.,LTD.,finds out the loopholes in its marketing strategy,and puts forward Suggestions on improving the marketing strategy.First,clarify the theory and concept of this paper,and analyze the research results at home and abroad,find the relevant theory applicable to this paper,and assist the research of this topic.Secondly,taking Guangzhou ZHIBAN technology CO.,ltd.as the case for in-depth analysis,summarize the business status and main marketing strategies of Guangzhou ZHIBAN technology CO.,LTD.Thirdly,the marketing environment and internal and external marketing conditions of the enterprise are studied from Guangzhou ZHIBAN technology CO.,LTD.Moreover,SWOT analysis is also used to analyze the internal strengths,internal weaknesses,external opportunities and external threats ofguangzhou holding company.so as to pave the way for the further development of marketing strategies.Then combined with the 4PS marketing theory of Guangzhou ZHIBAN technology CO.,LTD.Marketing strategy optimization and segmentation,from the product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy four aspects are summarized.Finally,based on 4PS marketing strategy and SWOT analysis,a more practical marketing plan is developed.After the analysis and research in this paper,it is concluded that Guangzhou ZHIBAN technology CO.,ltd.should improve itself from the following four aspects: first,innovate marketing mode,implement product differentiation strategy and price diversification strategy;Second,establish vertical marketing system and complex network marketing channels;Third,strengthen brand building and establish Internet brand effect through new media;Fourth,pay attention to talent construction,strengthen the training of international marketing talent team.
