Study On The Dynamic Mechanism Of The Construction Of China-laos Cross-border Tourism Cooperation Zone

With the rapid development and opening up of China’s border areas,border areas have become an important gateway for China to open to the outside world.Cross-border tourism zone is a brief response state "and" construction of Yunnan province,Yunnan border tourism development put forward the important idea,in Pu er Jiangcheng county and Xishuangbanna Jinghong,Mengla,Menghai county,and 6provinces in northern Laos within the scope of construction of Laos cross-border tourism zone has its unique advantages,to improve for south southeast Asia radiation center in Yunnan province is important strategic position,which is also deepen bilateral edge(across)important practice in tourism cooperation.Based on the project of national natural science foundation of China,"Research on spatial pattern,mechanism and model of cross-border tourism development in southwest land territory",this paper analyzes and comments on relevant studies at home and abroad,and clarifies the concepts of border tourism and cross-border tourism,border tourism pilot zones and cross-border tourism cooperation zones.Based on the theories of regional economic integration,geo-economy,border effect and tourism system,this paper analyzes the current situation of tourism development in China-Laos cross-border tourism cooperation zone through field research and data collection.Based on the grounded theory,the factors influencing the construction of China-Laos cross-border tourism cooperation zone are clarified.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to determine the weight of each driving factor in the construction of China-Laos cross-border tourism cooperation zone,and the importance of each factor to the construction of cross-border tourism cooperation zone was systematically analyzed,which laid a good foundation for the research on the dynamic mechanism of the construction of cross-border tourism cooperation zone.By means of questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the construction status of China-Laos cross-border tourism cooperation zone from the perspective of tourists’ perception.On this basis,the paper puts forward Suggestions on the construction of China-Laos cross-border tourism cooperation zone from thefollowing five aspects: basic principles,main strategies,development objectives,main contents and countermeasures.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:First,China-Laos border tourism cooperation has gone through three stages:initial(1985-1999),growth(2000-2008)and rapid development(2009-present).In the initial stage,there are many restrictions on border tourism between the two countries and the level of tourism product development is relatively low.In the growth stage,the degree of marketization and industrialization of tourism industry is gradually improved.At the stage of rapid development,China-Laos border tourism customs clearance facilitation has improved significantly,tourism infrastructure and service facilities have improved significantly,and the types of tourism products have become more diversified.Secondly,it analyzes the basic conditions of the construction of China-Laos cross-border tourism cooperation zone and the current situation of the development of China-Laos border tourism.Based on this,through SWOT analysis,it believes that the construction of China-Laos cross-border tourism cooperation zone should adopt a growth-oriented development strategy.Third,through the analysis of the grounded theory and Laos cross-border tourism zone power system analysis,has constructed the Laos cross-border tourism zone construction power factor evaluation system,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine the Laos cross-border tourism zone construction the main dynamic factor of the gravity system(0.3484)and support system(0.3680),and the gravity system mainly by the tourism resources quality(0.0690),geographical location(0.0420),quality of tourist service facilities(0.0501),and other power factor drive,The support system is mainly driven by such dynamic factors as port construction(0.0579),security guarantee(0.0537),government support(0.0486),public facilities(0.0415)and cooperation zone opening degree(0.0360).Fourth,tourists’ satisfaction with the construction of China-Laos cross-border tourism cooperation zone was analyzed through a questionnaire survey.Tourists’ satisfaction with the construction of cross-border tourism cooperation zone was higher than that with the service attitude,transportation and market order.Fifth,it constructs a dynamic mechanism model for the construction of China-Laos cross-border tourism cooperation zone,and analyzes the interaction and feedback among various factors,such as mutual promotion,restriction and causality.
