At present,the competition in the communication equipment manufacturing industry is more fierce in the market development,which not only comes from the particularity of the development of the industry,but also from the different service objects of the communication equipment manufacturing industry.The communication equipment manufacturing industry takes the equipment supplier and the customer operator as the basic service objects.Such customers are in a monopoly position in the development of the industry.As a well-known set-top box service provider and supplier in Shenzhen,Shenzhen Power Supply Electronics has strengthened its innovation capability in business development,but it is also facing greater pressure.With the improvement of the technical level and development capability of the industry,the number and scale of communication equipment suppliers have expanded year by year,and a complete supplier system has been established,which provides operators with comprehensive solutions.These solutions are formulated in combination with customer needs.A new product has been designed,and the supporting functions in the implementation of the program are more complete.The rapid development of communication electronic technology has enhanced the competition in the industry and industrial markets.The service marketing concept in the market structure has become more prominent.In the future,Shenzhen's development is based on customer-centered,service-creating value as the basic management philosophy,focusing on improving service quality,improving service marketing,improving product quality,and improving customer satisfaction as the focus of development.Work has provided a new impetus for the development of its enterprise.However,the customer satisfaction and loyalty of Shenzhen Gongjin Electronics Co.,Ltd.are not high,which seriously affects the development of the company.As a result,research on customer satisfaction has also been raised to new heights.Based on the internal development of Shenzhen Gongjin Electronics Co.,Ltd.and the status quo of customer service management,this paper designs a questionnaire for customer satisfaction of set-top box business,and discusses the dilemma in the improvement of customer satisfaction of Shenzhen Gongjin Electronics Co.,Ltd.Strategy.Through this research,it provides new guidance for improving the customer satisfaction of Shenzhen Gongjin Electronics Co.,Ltd.
