Research On Risk Management Under CSYY Company's Financial Sharing Center Model

The financial sharing service model integrates new management methods and system technologies,greatly improving the operational efficiency and communication speed of the enterprise,enhancing the information processing capability,and providing the best possible configuration for optimal management of enterprise management services.With the gradual deepening of the global informationization process,market competition is becoming more and more fierce,and enterprises are increasingly demanding themselves.As a result,the new financial management model has gradually evolved into a shared center that can handle business relatively intensively.However,due to the reform of organization,personnel,processes,systems,external environment and other factors,the implementation process is not smooth,and some enterprises have been frustrated repeatedly,including many large state-owned enterprises,group enterprises,reasons,and risks cannot be ignored.Based on the standardization theory and based on the theory of process reengineering and risk management,this paper takes the key risks of financial sharing as the research object,based on the case study method,and takes CSYY as the research object to determine the main risks of financial sharing.CSYY's financial sharing service risks,analyze the problems in CSYY's risk management,and analyze and study risk issues through risk identification,risk assessment and risk response from the perspective of implementing financial sharing.This article is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.This paper introduces the research background and significance of this paper,the research summary at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,as well as research characteristics and research innovation.The second chapter is the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts.It mainly introduces the related concepts and related theories of financial sharing services and risk control.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of CSYY company and the implementation status of the company's financial sharing system,identifies the risk of the company's financial sharing,and establishes risk management items including organizational management,personnel conversion,process transformation and system construction.The fourth chapter is the status quo and problem analysis of risk assessment and control of CSYY financial sharing service,assessing the risk of its financial sharing service,and expounding the problems of its risk management.The fifth chapter is the suggestion and suggestions for optimizing the financial sharing service of CSYY company.Combined with the problems found in the above process of financial sharing,and referring to the actual situation of CSYY company,the corresponding improvement countermeasures are proposed.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and outlook of the research.
