The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that "talents are the strategic resources to realize the national rejuvenation and win the initiative of international competition...".In the fifth generation scientific management era of people-oriented,one of the key factors that constitute the core competition of enterprises is knowledge-based employees,so only by improving the productivity of knowledge-based talents can social productivity be improved.However,in 2004,the first survey report of "work happiness index" in China revealed that "financial industry" has the lowest score of employee satisfaction and higher score of negative emotions.As a commercial bank in the service industry,employees' work efficiency is bound to be affected by these negative emotions.Therefore,it is very important to manage the negative emotions of knowledge workers in commercial banks and to establish,maintain and improve the relationship of knowledge workers.This study investigates the negative emotions of knowledge workers in GS Bank C branch by analyzing domestic and foreign literature,and makes a scientific quantitative analysis based on CFA analysis method through descriptive statistics and correlation coefficient analysis.The first chapter is the introduction,including the background and significance of the topic and research methods;the second chapter is the related theory and literature review,mainly on the knowledge workers,emotions,negative emotions and other related concepts;and emotional management,negative emotions and other literature review.The third chapter is the current situation of knowledge workers' negative emotions management in GS Bank C branch;the fourth chapter is the statistical analysis of the types and sources of knowledge workers' negative emotions in GS Bank C branch.This chapter focuses on the design and process of the survey plan,explains the data source,and describes the basic information(such as gender,age,etc.)and the source of negative emotions of knowledge-based employees in GS Bank C branch based on the reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire.Factor analysis is used to study the source of negative emotions,and the correlation coefficient of Spearman grade is used to measure the negative emotions and negative emotions The fifth chapter designs the management strategy of knowledge employees' negative emotions in C branch;the sixth chapter summarizes the research of knowledge employees' negative emotions in C branch of GS bank,points out the limitations of the research and the expectation of the future research content.Based on the investigation and empirical analysis of knowledge workers in GS Bank C branch,this paper finds that: 1.Disorientation,boredom,depression,anxiety and frustration are the main negative emotions of knowledge workers in GS Bank C branch,of which disorientation ranks first.2.Organizational factors,self-evaluation,personal ability,organizational management system,leadership art,working environment and working relationship are the main sources of negative emotions of C branch.3.By calculating the Spearman rank correlation coefficient,the influence degree of various factors of the source of negative emotions on negative emotions is calculated;4.By calculating the Spearman rank correlation coefficient of demographic variables and negative emotions,the influence degree of demographic variables on negative emotions is calculated;5.By analyzing the internal factors of the organization and individual factors of employees,negative emotions are affected.6.Corresponding management strategies for reducing negative emotions of branch C are given.The research results of this paper,to some extent,can improve the negative emotions of knowledge-based employees in commercial banks,reduce the dissatisfaction of knowledge-based employees,stimulate the potential of knowledge-based employees,and improve the work efficiency of knowledge-based employees.
