Emotion Management Of B Company's Overseas Employees

Emotion management has a direct impact on a company's performance.With the research on overseas employees of Chinese companies left blank,it is necessary to study the emotion management of B Company's overseas employees.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and methods in the introduction section.Secondly,in the support theory section,it introduces the definition of emotion and its influencing factors,reviews the researches on emotion management at home and abroad,and describes the related aspects of negative emotion management.Thirdly,it conducts questionnaire surveys and field interviews with Venezuelan employees,and analyzes the results.It finds out three main problems in B Company's emotion management,which are: employees' disagreement with the company's core values,career plans not being clear and effective,and negative emotions not being dealt with properly.Fourthly,the internal and external environment of Venezuelan employees' emotional management in B Company's overseas projects is analyzed.The internal environment mainly refers to the environment formed by the organizational structure of overseas projects.The external environment affecting emotion management mainly is political,economic,natural and cultural environment.Finally,the solution is proposed correspondingly: to help employees adapt to the external environment,to enhance the recognition of the company's core values,to develop clear and effective career plans,and to improve the channels for negative emotional distraction.This study makes up for the gap in the emotion management.It combines theoretical and practical research methods,which makes the final recommendations very useful in the company's real management.
