Research On Selection And Evaluation Of SC Mobile Company's "and Education" Business Partners

In the mobile communication industry chain,the advantages,business and operation modes of each enterprise are different.Only through extensive cooperation,can we maximize market value by developing strengths and avoiding weaknesses.Mobile operators have changed from the core role of industrial value chain to partnership.The formation of cooperative partnership between mobile companies and members of the education business industry chain can achieve complementary advantages,resource sharing and risk sharing.How to select partners quickly,low cost and low risk is the basis of the formation of such alliance.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analysis of the problems existing in the introduction of SC Mobile's "and education" business partners.This paper summarizes the work of the author in SCM's "and education" division,combs the main problems in partner selection and evaluation,and builds a new partner selection and evaluation system based on these problems.(2)Establishment of evaluation system for SC Mobile's "and education" business partners.In this paper,Delphi method is used to screen the evaluation indicators and then build a complete and reasonable evaluation index system;AHP is used to determine the weight of each indicator;and weighted average method is used to calculate the final score of each partner.(3)The application of partner evaluation system.Select SC company's specific projects to validate the evaluation model,including index weight determination,index score,supplier score calculation,evaluation results analysis and other links.The evaluation index system constructed in this paper can fit in well with "and education" business and reduce the subjective influence of the evaluators.The setting of index weight,veto index and reward index can make the evaluation more accurate and flexible.The example application shows that the evaluation system constructed in this paper has a good distinction between the evaluation objects and can help improve the introduction of SC Mobile Company's "and education" business partners.
