With the new wave of information technology revolution,service economy also shows new development trend.Big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies have become the key areas of the new round of global service market competition,and also the core competitiveness of the development of information technology service industry.More and more transnational information technology service enterprises begin to adjust their localization strategy,market,resources,technology,etc.The localization strategy of talents,R&D and so on has been re-laid out under the new wave of technological revolution.IM company has a prominent performance in the research of localization development strategy,which has been recognized by the industry and has become the object of extensive learning.At present,IM's localization strategy in China is in a state of adjustment,and in practice,it constantly tries to make new breakthroughs.Guided by the traditional theory and focusing on the digital reconstruction of enterprises,this paper makes an analysis and Research on the adjustment of IM's localization strategy in China.Firstly,the paper combs the literature about transnational information technology service enterprises and localization strategy,combines the current situation and development trend of information technology service enterprises at home and abroad in recent ten years,takes IM company as an example,combs the strategic adjustment content of transnational information technology service enterprises under the background of big data by SWOT analysis,and draws up that transnational information technology service enterprises are big.The direction and conclusion of concrete practice under the background of data are put forward and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward on this basis.Multinational information technology service enterprises need to realize that with the upgrading of digital business model,the key factors to enhance the strategic path of localization are to consolidate good corporate interaction,help customers to use digital technology to reshape the market,enhance their capabilities and return on investment,etc.The main body of the paper includes four parts.The first part puts forward the basic framework and theoretical support of this study.The second part introduces the background of IM company and its industry.The third part is the choice and implementation path of IM company's strategic adjustment in China under the background of big data.The fourth part is the conclusion and suggestion of this paper.
