With the continuous and steady development of China's economy,people's quality of life and living standards are constantly improving.This can not only be reflected in the rapid development and growth of the hotel industry,but also effectively reflect the customer's requirements and perceptions of the hotel's occupancy experience.on.City Express Hotel is a new business form of the hotel industry in recent years,Express Hotel tends to be flat in business management,customers are convenient to stay,and all basic needs can be met in time.Express Hotel is an industry with large demand in all large and medium-sized cities.However,from the current development and management status of China's express hotels,the overall level of customer satisfaction is low,and there are still many problems.There is also a lot of room for improvement and innovation.It is not only necessary to make the whole city express hotel industry have better market acceptance and market reputation,improve its overall service level and service quality,and improve customer's overall satisfaction.This is not only necessary,but also imperative.YZY Express Hotel was taken as the research object,based on the research example,the current overall management level was analyzed,the customer satisfaction of the hotel was studied,and the problems caused by the lack of customer satisfaction of the hotel were found.And targeted to give a series of improvement measures.The research in this paper not only helps the research object to find the problem caused by insufficient customer satisfaction,but also implements a series of implementation methods and strategies of hotel management from the research object,which can also become some effective reference for the management of similar fast hotel,in order to make the final conclusion of this study have higher reference value.
