Abstract/Summary:
With the development of smartphones,the short video industry has shown a rapid development ability.It can be said that short video is another major form of content output in the field of the Internet after words and pictures.It is also a brand-new Internet social platform and super entrance.The booming short video industry is gradually evolving into an industry-level Internet battle,in addition to the competition in the industry,even affecting many industries such as live broadcasting,music,social networking and so on.Short video refers to a form of video that is not more than 15 minutes in length,mainly used for fast shooting and beautification by mobile smart devices,and shared in social media.Short video is not the fragmentation of long video,nor the video version of microblog.It belongs to a unique brand-new product.Therefore,short video platform has some common features and unique features with long video,online games,microblog and other social platforms.It actually integrates text,language and video to express users’ communication and expression needs directly and stereoscopically.By June 2018,the number of active users in short video industry had exceeded 500 million,an increase of 104% compared with the same period in 2017,and the penetration rate of short video reached 46%.That is to say,half of the netizens are short video users.The online time of trembler is September 26,2016.At present,there are more than 500 million users in the world,of which 150 million live in China.At present,trembler is ranked first in the number of users.It has a unique fashion sense,so it attracts a large number of young fashion users.Video users can make video more ornamental by shooting short videos,adding filters,video effects,scene switching and other technical means.Short videos can have a strong sense of fashion by shooting and processing for 15 seconds,supplemented by music.This paper studies the core competitiveness theory,based on the problem-solving orientation,combined with the actual development situation of Tik Tok,the main competitiveness of Tik Tok is analyzed and studied.The research methods,contents and conclusions of the core competitiveness of Tik Tok are as follows:Firstly,the development status of Tik Tok,the internal and external environment of the company are analyzed to find out whether it is meaningful and necessary to study the core competitiveness of the company.According to the characteristics of short video industry,the company is comprehensively analyzed,including the company’s development level,basic situation,management and management level,strategic strategy ability,market development ability and level.By comparing with domestic and foreign enterprises,the survival environment,competition situation and the urgency of improving its competitiveness are obtained.Secondly,identify the core resources and capabilities of Tik Tok.The existing resources of Tik Tok are listed,classified and sorted out.Summarize core resources through questionnaire survey and categorize them according to different characteristics.The core competence of Tik Tok is distinguished according to the five characteristics of main competence.Thirdly,it evaluates the identified core competitive power.The Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)is used to evaluate the core competence of shaking.Considering limitations of the above methods,Radar Graph Analysis is used to compare the core competence of enterprises horizontally and verify the above methods.The results show that Tik Tok has a strong core competitiveness.Fourthly,the ways to cultivate and improve Tik Tok are put forward.According to the development of Tik Tok at this stage,combined with the external environment factors,based on the status quo,this paper puts forward the channels,methods and measures to enhance the core competitiveness of Tik Tok.Based on the above research on the core competitiveness of Tik Tok,it provides new ideas for domestic short video enterprises to discover and enhance their core competitiveness.For short video companies in the increasingly fierce market competition has a certain reference value.
