Organizational citizenship behavior is an important issue in organizational behavior.With the acceleration of global economic integration and the rapid advancement of science and technology,enterprises are facing tremendous competitive pressure while developing.Under this background,enterprises can only change and adjust their inherent The organizational model responds to fierce external competition with new internal mechanisms.Therefore,in the final analysis,enterprises not only need flexible and flexible management methods to operate,but more importantly,they should always pay attention to employees and pay attention to whether employees can voluntarily participate in work.That is to say,the organizational citizenship behavior of employees,organizational citizenship behavior is a kind of behavior that is not subject to the constraints of the enterprise system,and is the hidden value of the enterprise.However,due to the constraints of traditional ideas,the citizens of our country lack the "citizen" A deep understanding of the nature of the subject.For enterprises,employee organizational citizenship behavior can improve the speed of business operations.Therefore,studying organizational citizenship behavior can not only promote positive behaviors of employees,but also improve the management level of the organization,especially for those enterprises with poor management.necessary."Psychological ownership" has increasingly become the focus of organizational behavior research.This study explores the interaction mechanism between psychological ownership,organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior,explores the internal relationship between the three variables,and finally proposes to improve the human resources management of enterprise organization.This paper first reviews and summarizes the past research results,and puts forward the hypothesis,content and framework of the research based on the literature related to the three variables.Then,through the analysis and summary of the literature,the questionnaire is compiled and the available questionnaires are collected.After the questionnaire data was summarized,the statistical analysis software was used to analyze the data to explore the relationship between psychological ownership andorganizational citizenship behavior.This study has drawn some valuable conclusions:First,psychological ownership is an antecedent variable of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior,and has a positive impact;second,between employee psychological ownership and organizational citizenship behavior,organizational commitment Regulate.It is hoped that through the analysis of psychological ownership,domestic managers can pay attention to the psychological ownership of employees.In addition,the empirical results of this study can help business managers deepen their understanding of the relationship between the three variables,help managers observe employee behavior,and correctly guide employees.
