Study On The Influencing Factors And Regulation Policies Of Rural Residents’ Income In Gaizhou City

Improving people’s living standards is an important subject in national development and construction.Gaizhou is a big agricultural county,most of the citizens live in rural areas,but the income level of rural residents is generally low,long-term lower than the average level of Yingkou City,compared with the neighbouring counties,the gap is huge,and the quality of people’s life needs to be improved urgently.If the income level and the quality of life will be effectively improve,people’s satisfaction and happiness will be greatly improved,so as to promote the stability of the people in Gaizhou and realize the long-term peace and stability.Based on the actual situation of Gaizhou City,this thesis collects the official statistical data of the government in recent decades,and analyzes the development and composition of rural residents’ income in Gaizhou city.By using SPSS software for regression analysis,the data of macro-economic development,economic indicators in various fields,input of agricultural production factors are analyzed,and the factors that have a significant impact on the income of rural residents in Gaizhou city are found: GDP and income of rural residents have a close positive correlation,with highly stable synchronous development characteristics.The three indicators of total agricultural output value,total retail sales of social consumer goods and rural labor resources have a positive correlation with rural residents’ income.The growth of total retail sales of social consumer goods has the greatest impact,followed by the total agricultural output value,and the number of rural labor resources again.The total sown area of crops should be within a reasonable range and cannot be reduced.To ensure the number of rural employees is an effective way to improve the per capita net income of rural residents.The application amount of agricultural fertilizer in the whole city keeps a linear relationship with the per capita net income of rural residents.The budget expenditure of local finance related to agriculture has a pulling effect on the per capita net income of rural residents,but the pulling effect is gradually slowing down.The natural resources of Gaizhou city restrict the development of people’s livelihood to some extent,but the social resources have great potential.In view of the various influencing factors identified,this thesis puts forward reasonable and feasible policy recommendations based on the actual development situation of Gaizhou City: expanding the sources of operating income,constantly adjusting the income structure;doing a good job in macroeconomic management and regulation;making good use of the important support of gross agricultural output value and rationally increasing the Social Retail Goods and the number of labor resources;taking good measures to regulate and control the total planting area of crops,the number of rural employees,the amount of agricultural chemical fertilizers and the local financial expenditure on agriculture-related budgets,and strengthening the construction of rural infrastructure;implementing poverty alleviation in an all-round way.This thesis analyses the influencing factors of rural residents’ income in Gaizhou City,aiming at putting forward reasonable policy suggestions to promote rural residents’ income in Gaizhou City,providing policy reference for the government of Gaizhou City and counties with similar development status,at the same time,providing some experience for others to further study.
