Taxes are related to national economy and people's livelihood.With the continuous development and change of the economic environment,taxpayers' economic activities have become more complex and diverse,and the structure of tax sources has also changed qualitatively.However,the tax source management model and method have not been adjusted accordingly,which has restricted the efficiency of tax collection.Therefore,optimizing the current tax source management method is already a top priority for the tax department.Only by continuously improving the tax source management mechanism with innovation as the driving force can the goal of high-quality development of tax collection and management be achieved.This article has carried out specific research with the taxation bureau of Dalian H Economic Zone as the object.First of all,it starts from the classic theory of management and makes full reference to the contents of relevant domestic and foreign research literature for reference.Then,the questionnaire survey and interviews were used to analyze the current situation of the tax source management work of the bureau,to sort out the current problems of management efficiency,tax service,risk control,and classification model,and to analyze the reasons for the problems one by one.Then,based on the existing problems of the Bureau,based on fully drawing on the advanced experience of other regions,formulate and optimize tax source management plans and implementation plans.In the end,the countermeasures were put forward purposefully from the aspects of improving the collection management specifications,optimizing the institutional management mechanism,improving the level of risk prevention and control,enhancing the energy efficiency of information taxation,and rationally revising the assessment mechanism.
