China has been the third largest tour destination and the fourth largest country for outbound tour in the world so far. Tourism has been regarded as one of the most important economic support in China. But as the leading enterprises,the management of travel service does not follow and fit the development of whole society economy. That becomes the question that we try to fivd out the solution both for tourism workers and scholars.Human being is developing and progressing along with the division of labor. In the article, it tries to explain and focus on the management and compartmentalization of travel service, introducing the characters and developing process of both level and vertical division of labor. It also points out the weakness of the monotony tour production, simple and humdrumness in management, price competition and low efficiency. After analyzing the management of American Express, European Tui, Baozhong tour and Kunming Comfort Travel Service, it tells the direction of reconstruction and reform for Yunnan tourism:the lage size travel service turns to be the wholesaler; middle one becomes the specialists of certain tour item and small one is the only tour agent.
