Since the beginning of the 21~stt century, according to the rapid development of global economic integration, more and more customers are diversifying and customizing the products base on their requirements,in this complicated market competition, all of the companies want to develop the market and make a higher sustained profit, they have to improve their manufacturing cost and increase the equipment efficiency.Regarding to reduce the production cost,it can be achieved by improving the Overall Equipment Efficiency(OEE)performance, then optimize the bottleneck equipment or processing with availability rate, performance efficiency and quality rate performances to find the maximize potential projects of the companies to reach the final target for profit. This article focuses on the study of OEE method for FFC Cold Glue line of Krones company. Both of reduce the downtime, setup time and increase the quality rate to improve the OEE performance for NEX4001 equipment, establish the OEE and excitation system,as well as comprehensive training process. This thesis mainly using the fish bone diagram and waste method to find out the main factors which impact the OEE of krones company, and organize core team to analyse and improve the main 3 indicators of OEE to reduce the downtime, maintenance time and setup time as well. Finally,go through the prediction of the improvement plan, the OEE will be achieved more than 85%in totally.By using OEE to improve the production equipment of Krones company, the results can be shown that OEE theory is a good working tool for capacity and production improvement. In summary,OEE has become a very significant influence of all of world manufacturing companies to reducing costs and improving the utilization of all equipment.
