The Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) In The Electric Vacuum Industry

Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE)is a kind of modern scientific production management and improving method.OEE has been skillful used as the workshop production management method for Auto industry and electric industry,Most of companies’ s OEE management is almost not used in the electric vacuum industry,as a good management method of workshop production is highly recommended for the electric vacuum industry.Firstly,the definition of OEE and the advantages of OEE management are introduced,OEE is mainly composed of three indexes: time activation rate,performance efficient rate,yield rate.Mainly describes the present situation of PP company’s production workshop and the problems caused by various problems,analyze production bottlenecks and problems and develop a feasible implementation plan;using lean six sigma DMAIC approach to promote and improve the OEE.respectively from the define phase,measuring phase,analysis phase,improving and canonicalize five stages for the project’s expansion and meanwhile set up project team to improve OEE,and analyze the improvement effect.Through the data to quality the cost.According to PP company’s application of OEE.Develop a standard process for OEE imports and improvements.To provide direction for OEE in other electric vacuum industries in the future.OEE as a kind of enterprise production and management of the scientific method can bring qualitative change to enterprise’s filed management,meanwhile for enterprises to reduce costs,improved efficiency,improved the 5S enormous role.To provide scientific management methods for industrial transformation of manufacturing enterprises.
