As the market gradually opens up,competition in the insurance industry also increases.From the insurance industry,its competition is mainly competition among talents,including insurance supervision talents,marketing talents,senior management and insurance intermediaries.The insurance industry itself has certain special characteristics,and the insurance company’s long-term development guarantee is professional insurance talents.China’s insurance companies are also facing the problem of accelerating the separation of talents while absorbing new talents.The loss of insurance enterprise talents will not only cause enterprises to lose customers,but also take away the technical secrets of enterprises,and also bring some negative impacts to other employees of the enterprise.The excessive loss of enterprise talents will inevitably affect enterprises.Competitive strength.Therefore,the issue of employee turnover of insurance companies has become a serious problem faced by domestic insurance companies.Resignation management is an important part of human resource management.This paper takes PINGAN Insurance Lanzhou Branch as the entry point,takes the company employee’s resignation as the research content,starts from the background and research significance,and combs the domestic and foreign research literature and related theories.The study found that the departure of employees of PINGAN Insurance Lanzhou Branch is on the rise,and there are many problems in the separation management.Based on the analysis of the status quo,adverse effects and existing problems of employee turnover,the reasons for the problems are analyzed.Through empirical analysis,the influencing factors of the company’s turnover intention are discussed,and the factors are integrated and revised.Finally,this paper proposes improvement measures from the aspect of separation management,and puts forward countermeasures and precautions from the aspect of employee turnover.The employee turnover management strategy proposed by the Institute has certain positive significance for stabilizing the workforce and enhancing the company’s value.It also expects similar companies in the insurance industry to provide reference for human resources management.
