Qingdao Wantaiyuan Environmental Engineering as a small and medium-sized enterprise in an emerging industry,design,production,installation and environmental protection equipment.Through cooperative development,information sharing and personnel exchange with universities and research institutes,the paper can effectively integrate social technology resources,improve the level and speed of technology conversion,and form core technologies with independent intellectual property rights.In the current environment of increased competition,enterprise performance management,as an important part of human resource management,is seen as collecting relevant information,providing specific feedback to individuals and working groups,and applying this information to the improvement of system work.The performance management system is a core management platform of an enterprise.Its value lies in creating a fair,just and open crowd environment for the company and providing a steady stream of talent support for the sustainable development of the organization.An effective performance management system should be achievable and able to solve the current problems.Based on the research results of performance management,this paper establishes the research framework of this paper based on the internal data of Qingdao Wantaiyuan Environmental Engineering.At the same time,through case study,questionnaire survey,comparative research and other methods,combined with the obtained data,SPSS22.0 is used to further analyze the problems existing in Qingdao Wantaiyuan Environmental Engineering performance management.This paper thinks that the main problems of Qingdao Wantaiyuan Environmental Engineering performance management are: different levels of performance appraisal,performance feedback is not in place,and performance application is insufficient.Combined with the survey results and related management theory,this study further proposes targeted and effective optimization suggestions,and formulates performance appraisal indicators and weights suitable for the current actual situation of Qingdao Wantaiyuan Environmental Engineering,including front-line employees,functional employees and management personnel.And safeguards such as woven security,cultural security,institutional guarantee,talent guarantee and financial security. |
