Since the reform and opening up,China's banking industry has formed a market structure in which large and medium-sized state-controlled commercial banks are the mainstay,and commercial banks such as city commercial banks,joint-stock commercial banks,rural commercial banks,rural credit cooperatives,and foreign banks coexist.The scale of rural commercial banks is relatively small and their competitiveness is not strong.In order to develop steadily in the fierce market competition,it is necessary to enhance the competitiveness of banks.Training is conducive to enhancing the competitiveness of banks.From the perspective of employees,training helps to improve their overall quality,so as to better realize personal value and enhance loyalty to the bank.From the bank's point of view,in order to better manage the bank,it is imperative for the bank to provide systematic training for employees.Effective training is conducive to improving the overall quality of employees,thereby enhancing the bank's profitability and improving customer satisfaction.Establishing an effective training system is an important means for banks to achieve their strategic goals.Establishing an effective training system will help the bank's strategic goals.Establishing a training system that supports the bank's business objectives has an important role to play.This paper uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,take Jiangxi a farmer business bank as a case,carry on questionnaire survey to the bank basic level Teller,understand the bank basic level teller training present situation.According to the current situation,it is analyzed that there are problems such as lack of good training concepts,lack of good training methods and content,lack of standardized assessment and evaluation,and lack of good training instructors in the training system of Jiangxi A Agricultural and Commercial Bank basic counters.The reasons for the above problems mainly include the weak binding of the post system,the late start of the basic staff training work,the lack of management's attention to the training work,and the lack of supporting training systems.At the same time,this paper puts forward four measures to establish a good training concept,training method and content optimization,establish a perfect training assessment system,and train teachers to build a training system.
