With the rapid development of the e-commerce industry in recent years,the products of the e-commerce platform are becoming more and more comprehensive.Online consumption has brought great conciences to peoples life,but meanwhile it also poses a series of new issues such as internet froud,payment security,information leakage,including the high-profile big data killing.As a form of unreasonable price discrimination,the big data killing not only creat a new kind of inequality in consumption status,consumers' losing confidence in these e-commerce leading to platforms,but also undermine the reputation of platforms,which in the short term will resulting a sharp falling of their revence,and in the long term will endanger the sustainable development of the enrire e-commerce industry.Therefore,how to eliminate this unreasonable price discrimination phenomenon and establish an effective supervision mode has become an urgent task for the development of the e-commerce industry.The paper first describes the problem of big data “ killing ” in the current domestic e-commerce platforms and its corresponding regulatory status,and points out the current problems in domestic supervision of this phenomenon.At the same time,from the theoretical perspective analyze the causes of this unreasonable price discrimination behavior,and the necessity of supervision.Furthermore,the model is used to deduct the game process of “ killing ” behavior under soft constraints and hard-bundle conditions and its different impact on the entire economy and society.After that,taking Ctrip.com as an example,the paper analyzes the specific performance of discriminatory pricing and summarizes three concrete implementation steps of “ killing ” big data.The first step is to collect and integrate the big data to establish the technical basis.The second step is to calculate the consumer surplus by dividing the consumer population.And third,to develop its discriminatory pricing strategy.At the end of the article,some corresponding rationalization proposals are proposed at the current regulatory issues in the “ killing ” of the e-commerce industry,aiming to further improve the supervision mechanism of the e-commerce platform,to give the e-commerce platforms some alertand then try to create a win-win situation for both consumers and themselves,and to promote the sustainable development of the entire e-commerce industry.
