| As China’s economy exhibits an L-shaped growth trend and supply side structural ref orm becomes one of the major development tasks,the growth of banking industry is gradu ally slowing down,with its status being challenged by other sub-sectors of the financial ind ustry,such as funds,insurance,securities.Within the banking industry,various financial in stitutions see themselves in an increasingly stiff competition.Competition among financial institutions,in the final analysis,is a competition for human resources.Therefore,how to r ealize the optimal allocation of human resources is the key for a commercial bank to gainin g the upper hand in the competition.Bank S is a SZ city-based first-tier branch bank of Bank B which is one of the four ma jor state-owned commercial banks.To fulfill the goal of becoming the best bank,Bank S m ust be supported by the best human resources management system.It is by optimizing hum an resources allocation,mobilizing human resources to motivate the staff and improve hum an resources input and output that Bank S can claim an unchallenged position within in the industry and without.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research and the res earch status at home and abroad.Then it offers a summary of the relevant theories of hum an resource allocation to construct the theoretical framework of the research.It goes on to expound the objectives,principles and basic requirements of human resource allocation in commercial banks,which is followed by a case analysis of human resource allocation in B ank S regarding its status quo,problems and their causes.Finally,the paper suggests an opt imization plan addressing total allocation,intra-system configuration and hierarchical confi guration and puts forward specific measures for implementation. |
