In recent years,substantial steps have been taken in the adjustment of agricultural planting structure and the transformation and upgrading of production and operation methods.The reform of agricultural reclamation has further promoted the development of new agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics,relying on innovation to accelerate the transformation of economic development methods,promote the integration of resources and assets,and optimize and upgrade the industry.At present,China's agricultural industry is facing a fierce market in order to enter the buyer's market era.The ability to catch customers,maintain them,and retain them,especially those of high quality and loyalty,has become a key issue that all enterprises in the agricultural industry need to solve.This paper takes the customer relationship management strategy of Minle County Fengyuan Potato Industry Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and adopts literature analysis,market survey method,case study method,and theories as the basis.An in-depth analysis was conducted to find the main problems in the current customer relationship management of Minle County Fengyuan Potato Industry Co.,Ltd.: the existing marketing strategies are not enough to promote the establishment of customer relationships,and the existing customer relationship maintenance system is not sufficient to retain customers The lack of customer churn management in existing customer relationship management work.Aiming at the problem,the customer relationship management optimization strategy of Minle County Fengyuan Potato Industry Co.,Ltd.was proposed from the aspects of customer relationship establishment,maintenance and rescue.The thesis proposes guarantee measures for the implementation of the customer relationship management optimization strategy of Minle Fengyuan Potato Industry Co.,Ltd.from five aspects: organizational guarantee,system guarantee,technical guarantee,human guarantee and financial guarantee.The research results of the thesis,on the one hand,provide scientific solutions and implementation paths for improving the customer relationship management level of Minle County Fengyuan Potato Industry Co.,Ltd.and enhance their market competitiveness;Management provides some useful lessons.
