| Traditional Chinese medicine is the jewel of Chinese culture and the crystallization of Chinese civilization.Longxi County is the vanguard and bridgehead for the development of Chinese medicine industry in Gansu Province.However,the overall level of industrial development is still at the forefront of the industrial chain,and there are some problems in industrial development and industrial policy support.This paper systematically sorts out the research on the TCM industry and policies related to the TCM industry.Through field investigations and interviews in Longxi County,it comprehensively summarizes and analyzes the current status and characteristics of the development of the TCM industry in the county.The method of combining hierarchy analysis and situation analysis It is proposed that the county should adopt an active and pioneering Chinese medicine industry development strategy,and further combine the traditional Chinese medicine industry policy and policy tool classification to analysis of the policy framework and effects of the traditional Chinese medicine industry in Longxi County.Based on the study of the above issues,this article draws suggestions that Longxi County should use its own advantages and seize opportunities to realize the transformation and upgrading of the Chinese medicine industry and high-quality development.In optimizing the policy system,grasp scientific and forward-looking policy making principles,realize policy synergy,correctly guide resource allocation,and establish a policy evaluation feedback mechanism;in industrial development,highlight its own development advantages,develop large health industries,strengthen talent technology support,enhance the cultural strength of Chinese medicine,improve the intensity of investment guidance. |
