Research On Corporate Financial Sharing Mode Of Sanguard Automobile Insurance Co.Ltd

Based on a large number of literature review and practical cases,this paper analyzes the FSSC of Sanguard Automobile Insurance Co.Ltd describes its working mechanism as an independent functional department,and summarizes its important significance for the development of enterprises.Through the research of this paper,it is found that the positioning of FSSC is not accurate enough,and its financial sharing mode exposes four key problems:first,the enthusiasm of financial personnel is generally not high;second,the business process of financial sharing is not perfect;third,the function of financial information system is weakened seriously;fourth,the financial sharing mode is lack of risk control.These problems seriously restrict the sustainable development of enterprise financial work,and there are many potential compliance risks.Through the deep analysis of the above problems,this paper sums up the FSSC in the organizational structure,personnel allocation,personnel competence,information system itself,risk control and other dimensions of the problem,of which the core problem is the FSSC in the enterprise positioning is not clear enough.Finally,this paper focuses on the concept of "people-oriented,deepening process reengineering,improving business sharing",gives some thoughts on the financial sharing mode of Sanguard Automobile Insurance Co.Ltd..based on the actual situation,and gives optimization suggestions from the perspective of enterprise decision makers.Its core connotation is to establish the awareness of "financial management as the center of enterprise management",and to support the efficient promotion and optimization of Financial Sharing Mode of FSSC.Based on the basic background of compliance management,this paper puts forward that we should focus on the rationality of personnel allocation,the elimination of redundancy of business processes,the efficient communication of business systems,the prevention and control of risk points,and the realization of sustainable financial sharing mode.
