The vending machine is a self-service equipment,which provides pre-set functions and services.According to 2016 date statistics,the developed countries have 6.9million vending machines in the United states,and Japan have 5.8million vending machines.With the domestic mobile network in recent years,online payment and other technology mature,and traditional rental of physician stores?labor costs pressure.Especially in 2016,the State Council also issued relevant policies to support and plan the development of the vending machine industry,so that the vending machine industry in China ushered in the opportunity of explosive growth.The number of vending machines in the country in 2016 was 190000.According to consumer research institute Kantar calculate,the number of vending machines in the country in 2020 is 1.1million.Thus in just a few years to from the number of multiple development,and will bring new changes to the whole retail industry,and bring new services and experience to users.With the continuous development of the industry,and the number of vending machine companies is growing.Although vending machines have developed rapidly in recent years,they are basically still in developed coastal cities and there is still much room for development in terms of scale.At the same time,the operating companies are also looking for an efficient mode that is more suitable for their own development in terms of operational capability.At present,the top operators of vending machines in China are Youbao Online,Angels Orange and Ganlai.At the same time,more operator companies have emerged in recent years: Laile,Goukuai,youzu,etc.At present,the vending machine industry in China is at an early stage of rapid development and intense competition.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,research significance,research content,research ideas and methods.Based on the relevant theories of strategy and the actual situation of the company,this paper makes an all-round analysis of the macro environment and the competitive environment of the industry in which the company is developing,in order to make an in-depth analysis of the opportunities and threats facing the development.At the same time,the internal resources of the company are counted.Starting from the factors that affect the competitiveness of the company,such as physical resources,financial resources,organizational structure,human resources and technical resources,the product competitiveness,operational competitiveness and financial operational competitiveness of the company are counted,and the advantages and disadvantages of the company in these aspects are analyzed.Finally,the SWOT matrix tool is used to analyze and formulate the future competition strategy of friendly companies.This article focuses on the company's development concept,strategic positioning and relevant strategies of the company's competitive strategy,and makes in-depth discussion and research on the guarantee measures to effectively support the implementation of the strategy.In the relevant strategies of the company's competitive strategy,four aspects are proposed to formulate the implementation of the company's competitive strategy: brand differentiation,product differentiation,operation differentiation and service differentiation.At the same time,the paper puts forward the strategic implementation guarantee measures,such as establishing suitable corporate culture,strengthening human resource construction,cultivating the core competitiveness of enterprises,improving the total cost control ability,strengthening the technological innovation ability,and maintaining good customer relationship.This paper takes Shenzhen Youzu technology company as the research object,and puts forward the company's competitive strategy through all-round analysis,aiming to make clear the direction for the future development of the enterprise.
