With big changes of market environment, the industry of telecommunication power involves into competitive market, competitive strategy management is the effective way to improve competitive strength. Wuhan Putian Telecommunication Power Corporation as the local excellent manufacturer is facing more difficulties and challenges, which the foreign brands and local brands give. Therefore, it is very important for making enterprise competitive strategy to deal with the affection of external environment and solve with the weakness of company.First, the researcher analyzed the macro environment of Wuhan Putian from politics, economics, culture and technology with the PEST analysis. Then, the researcher use Porter's Five Forces Model to sum up the competitive environment and industry environment of Wuhan Putian.Second, with SWOT method, the researcher analyzed strengths and weaknesses of internal resources, market opportunities and competitive threats of Wuhan Putian. Because of the research, the researcher obtained: Wuhan Putian Corporation should carry out SO strategy (growth strategies) in the main line, WO strategy, ST strategy, WT strategic follow. The company enhances the potential with using of external opportunities, so that the company can develop human resource and system management in a perfect way.Finally, the key point of the competitive strategic plan is to satisfy customer needs. The guideline is to "serve our customers, pursuit the quality and innovation, people-oriented, improve efficiency, develop fast and healthy " for the enterprise competitive strategy's. It is important for the company to strengthen company culture, enhance human resource management and cost management, respect independent innovation, differentiate marketing tactics and brand international in seven different perspectives of the implementation of competitive strategy measures.
