With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard,people's consumption demand for spiritual culture is further rising,and tourism has become an indispensable lifestyle for people nowadays.The form of tourism consumption is also changing,from the traditional offline travel agency booking to online travel booking,due to the particularity of the consumption process of tourism products,the overall consumption process and customer complaints such as customer dissatisfaction are prone to occur.Internet new media technology has accelerated the spread of tourist complaints and the difficulty of the public opinion management efficiency,the other as part of the tourism enterprises to the management of public opinion research,and inadequate experience,make enterprise in the process of public opinion crisis response in a very passive position,and even cause more severe enterprise credit crisis,the enterprise to bring huge economic losses.This paper analyzes the phenomenon of current corporate public opinion crisis events and analyzes the various causes of the complexity of the current public opinion management environment.Based on the in-depth analysis of TP enterprise public opinion management system construction and enterprise public opinion management strategy research,the core points of public opinion crisis management are extracted to help enterprises improve their awareness of public opinion crisis management and adopt more scientific management methods.Through the relevant case studies,this paper analyzes the problems of the current public opinion crisis of enterprises,observes the changes of the industry market and researches on consumer psychology,and finds the breakthrough points of the public opinion crisis of enterprises.From the study of the theoretical basis of enterprise public opinion management,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis of enterprise public opinion management,explains the concept and characteristics of current enterprise public opinion,and describes the methods of enterprise public opinion management.Based on the scientific verification of various data dimensions and the complexity of current media forms,the management events of corporate public opinion are repositioned.At the same time,in-depth analysis was made on the public opinion monitoring system,including system features,system logic,system construction,etc.,combined with the strategic process of enterprise public opinion management,to better establish the systematic construction of enterprisepublic opinion management.This article focuses on the present state of crisis events in enterprise public opinion,through with the tools of public opinion monitoring system,more efficient,promote efficiency of management of TP enterprise public opinion,the public opinion of TP enterprise management of systematic construction,build more perfect public opinion management process,to help enterprises to strengthen the construction of public opinion risk control,improve public opinion crisis response capacity,improve and promote enterprise's brand influence.
