With the acceleration of economic globalization,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Now,most of customers have higher requirements for product quality,delivery time and cost.Traditional shop floor management system has been unable to meet the higher requirements of customers now.The shop floor site is the place where the enterprise adds value to the products and conduct the production and operation activities.It is the foundation of the production enterprise.The performance of shop floor management will directly impact the quality of product,delivery time,cost and other important indicators of enterprise operation,and will further affect the competitiveness of enterprise products in the market.Under the guidance of the lean production thinking,the company establishes an efficient and standardized shop floor management system,and continuously discovers and eliminates various problems to ensure that the company can meet the market requirements with better quality,shorter delivery time and lower cost.Therefore,the efficient shop floor management system can provide strong support for the improvement of the market competitiveness of enterprises and build a good foundation for the long-term development of company.In this paper,the roller cell of TK company is taken as the research carrier to study how to optimize and establish a modern workshop management system.The purpose is to systematize and institutionalize the management,standardize and guide the daily work of employees and maintain the high efficiency of the workshop operation.This paper first introduces the research background and significance,research content and methods,and summarizes the relevant theories of workshop operation and management.Secondly,it introduces the current situation of the management system of roller cell of TK company,and through the analysis of the current situation of the management system of the workshop,it finds out the existing main problems,analyzes the root causes of the existing problems,and works out the optimization plan according to the real reasons,so as to establish an efficient and standardized modern workshop management system.By improving and optimizing the management system of roller workshop of TK company,we can improve TK company's ability to respond quickly to market changes,effectively improve the company's product quality and workshop labor efficiency,significantly reduce production costs and shorten the production lead time,to effectively improve the market competitiveness of TK company.Many lean production,industry engineering technology,total quality management and total production management,human resource management,production operation management and relevant theory were applied in this study.Through the analysis of the current TK company roller cell management system,identify the main problems and root causes,develop out effective optimization actions and implementation.At the same time,I also hope that the research results of this paper can be used as a reference for the industry or cross-industry manufacturing factories to improve their workshop management system.
