Products with national characteristics are the combination of culture and economy in ethnic minority areas.Through a series of production,exchange and consumption of products with national characteristics,we can promote the development of local material production,bring new vitality and strength to the economy of ethnic minority areas,and effectively promote the development of regional economy.This is an important part of China’s national trade.Therefore,many ethnic minority areas have common measures to vigorously develop products with national characteristics.In recent years,the optimization and upgrading speed of the industrial structure of Xinbaolage town has obviously accelerated,and the industrial structure tends to be reasonable.However,the development level of local ethnic characteristics is low and the scale is small.Insufficient resource development of characteristic product advantage resources,small scale of leading enterprises,low concentration,short industrial chain,poor technological innovation ability,the matching degree of the development of characteristic products production enterprises and local financial support system needs to be improved,indicating that the overall competitive advantage of characteristicproducts is not obvious.Mongolian dairy products,as a product with distinct characteristics and traditional advantages in Mongolia,with the development of society and modern animal husbandry,have a special degree of innovation in the original production technology and traditional technology,but they still exist widely in the mode of operation.The overall idea is weak,has not yet formed a reasonable production and marketing network.As the observation area of this survey,Xinbaolage town has very significant above characteristics.The level of development of local dairy products in Mongolia is relatively low and uneven.The low level of development is mainly reflected in the weak product development and innovation ability,the lack of professional personnel,including the transfer of production skills and production technical personnel,the main reason for the imbalance in development is the small economy of the local dairy industry,low concentration of the industry.At the same time,in the context of increasingly diversified social demand and rising consumer demand,the low degree of refinement and low product quality in the production process also restrictthe healthy development of the local dairy industry.How to improve the competitiveness of Mongolian dairy industry and optimize the production structure in the current market economy environment is a realistic problem facing the development of Mongolian dairy products Xinbaolage town.This paper will analyze the development of dairy products with Xinbaolage town.It will focus on the author’s local research data and the milk of Xinbaolage town,analyzing the source of the finished product,raw materials in the production of the home-grown product,processing,sales channels,and consumer satisfaction with the quantity of existing product varieties,prices and food safety standards.This paper summarizes the characteristics of employees in the production and sales of the Xinbaolage town dairy industry,skills transfer and seasonal management of dairy products.Identify the difficulties faced in the development,and explore ways and means to develop the dairy industry in the Xinbaolage town.This paper makes suggestions from improving the financial guarantee system,paying attention to education and training,promoting the classification of dairy products quality,brand management and strengthening tourism publicity.
