Since 2010,with the three major operators speed up and reduce fees policy,the mobile Internet has developed rapidly and become more and more popular.This change has further facilitated the integration of various types of business with the Internet.The development of new media is extremely rapid,and the innovation of "Internet+" business model is constantly presented.At the same time,the real estate industry has expanded rapidly due to the rapid growth of housing demand,and put forward new requirements for the diversity,timeliness and transparency of real estate information distribution channels.In this context,the real estate websites represented by Leju Network have make effort in the media,network marketing,real estate e-commerce for many years,and with the change of policy and environment,through their own efforts and transformation,the real estate website explore how to adapt to the needs of the market in the new environment,do a good link between the real estate market and consumers.These all become the subject of every real estate marketing.The typicality of Leju Network development has important reference and exploration value to study the related problems of real estate website,and how to overcome its own problems,adapt to the new market environment,and maintain the healthy development of enterprises has become the problem that Leju Network should think about.This paper begins with the introduction of network marketing mode,then expounds the marketing mode of Leju Network,last by analyzing the existing problems of Leju Network and putting forward the optimization strategy.The paper is divided into seven chapters,the first chapter is introduction,the second chapter introduces related theoretical research and literature review at home and abroad.The third chapter analyzes the development of real estate website and the marketing mode of e-commerce in China,introduces the four modes of real estate network marketing,and the fourth chapter analyzes its online and offline marketing mode in depth in combination with the general situation of Leju Network management,so as to find its characteristics.The fifth chapter points out the problems existing in Leju Network marketing mode and finds out the causes of its internal problems.The sixth chapter puts forward some suggestions for upgrading and optimizing Leju Network marketing mode,and the seventh chapter puts forward some safeguard measures to ensure the optimization of Leju Network marketing mode is guaranteed by improving thereliability of Leju Network,the ability of resource integration and the financing channel.The innovation of this paper is that I combine the first-hand information I have obtained from my work,on the basis of previous research results,through case analysis,carry out targeted research on Leju's marketing mode,how to optimize its marketing strategy,better serve the society and economy,and continue its profitability,which can be a good reference.To re-explore the marketing mode of the real estate e-commerce service platform in China,and tries to provide reference or predictive suggestions for solving the problems and difficulties encountered in the development of real estate e-commerce.
