In recent years,with the financial system gradually perfect,the increasing qualities of financial institutions,and the competition in the banks becoming more intense,human resources as a strategic resource has become the key factors of winning the profit and promoting the development among banks.So how to motivate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees to make the maximum value of human resources has become an important task to the banking financial institutions.Facing of fierce competitions,the Z Rural Credit Cooperative Union as a small and medium-sized rural financial institution wants to get its market position in the county market and obtain long-term stable development,has to fully excavate the staff’s ability and wisdom,raise the efficiency,enhance the competitiveness.In this paper,the incentive system,the theoretical basis of the detailed elaboration,using literature analysis method,individual interview and questionnaire survey to know about the employee’s incentive mechanism status of Z Rural Credit Cooperative Union,and analysis of the problems in and the reasons,and then combined with the Union actual situation and the need of development to give the suggestions,such as building the scientific achievement effect evaluation mechanism,clearing knowledge and technical salary,perfecting welfare treatment,the establishment of democratic management mechanism,to help Z Rural Credit Cooperative Union establish effective incentive mechanism,so that employees can spend more enthusiasm and positive attitude to work,to win business performance at the same time as the Union,employees and the Union have common development.This study not only beneficial to improve the human resources work of Z Rural Credit Cooperative Union,but also for other small and medium-sized rural financial institutions were analyzed and has a rich experience to improve its incentive mechanism...
