Research On Coupling Development Of County Logistics And Rural E-commerce In Hebei Province

The development of rural e-commerce began to accelerate in 2010.Both the national policy support and the channel sinking strategy of e-commerce enterprises have created conditions for the accelerated development of rural e-commerce.Rural e-commerce companies have innovated two-way channels for agricultural products to go up and industrial products to go down,effectively narrowing the distance between commodity producers and consumers,and reducing information acquisition costs and transaction costs.The realization of rural e-commerce online transactions needs the support of county logistics,which is the integration of transportation,storage,packaging,distribution and other links within the county,and is the key link in the development of rural e-commerce.With the development of rural ecommerce,county-level logistics is no longer limited to traditional forms of logistics.It is constantly upgrading in rural transportation conditions,logistics scale,logistics layout,logistics operation subjects and other aspects to meet the needs of rural e-commerce development.In this process,county-level logistics still has the problems of high logistics cost,insufficient allocation of logistics resources,and inability to meet the logistics needs of rural e-commerce development.Rural e-commerce and county-level logistics are both indispensable forces for county-level economic development.They are interdependent and interactive coupling relations.On the premise of making a basic judgment on the relationship between the two,this paper starts from the concept and characteristics of county logistics and rural e-commerce,and further discusses the coupling relationship between county logistics and rural e-commerce,based on the coupling development theory and synergetics theory.Taking Hebei province as an example,it establishes a coupling development model to carry out the coupling demonstration between county logistics and rural e-commerce,then measures the factors affecting the two with grey correlation degree,and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the conclusion.The details are as follows:The first part is to sort out the concepts and characteristics of county logistics and rural e-commerce as well as related theories,and construct the theoretical framework of this article;The second part is to study the coupling relationship between county logistics and rural ecommerce,and to analyze their constituent elements,open characteristics,evolution trend and coupling driving forces;The third part is an empirical study on the coupling development of county logistics and rural e-commerce.Taking Hebei province as an example,the coupling development model is established and the data of county logistics and rural e-commerce in Hebei province are used to calculate and analyze the current coupling situation and existing problems of the two in Hebei province;The fourth part is to analyze the influencing factors of the coupling between county logistics and rural e-commerce in Hebei province by using gray correlation;The fifth part,based on the analysis of influencing factors,puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of county logistics,rural e-commerce and government.
