A Company is a manufacturing company with the background of private enterprise,taking linear drive system as the core product,integrating technology research and development,product development,production and manufacturing,and domestic and oversea marketing.The company has entered into the intelligent furniture industry since 2004,and gradually expanded the business in the relevant fields.As more and more people begin to pay attention to high-quality lifestyle in recent years,promoting the rapid development of the intelligent industry,A company has also formed four major business sectors consisting of intelligent furniture,intelligent office,medical equipment and auto parts.As the intelligent industry is more and more attention in recent years,A company wants to maintain the leading position in the industry,and achieve self-transcendence,the key is to realize the rapid transformation and iteration of new products.Therefore,how to improve the internal knowledge creation ability,shorten the development cycle,and how to realize the efficient and high-quality transformation from new concept creation to new product is an urgent problem to be solved by the intelligent furniture division.This paper chooses one of the well-developed intelligent furniture departments as the analysis object,selects some typical scenario that have taken place in this department,analyzes and summarizes the main problemsin this department,and puts forward the new position of "product manager" as a breakthrough point to solve the problem,by adding a post,related responsibilities of the sales module could be clarified,so as to enhance the overall efficiency of the whole department.Then,based on the theoretical knowledge of knowledge innovation,through scenario analysis,the main problems existing in the department are obtained :(1)new product development lacks a clear new product development project control system,(2)without knowledge sharing,it is difficult to transform tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge,(3)lack of knowledge accumulation,both the knowledge transformation and knowledge creation ability are pretty weak.To solve these problems,the paper quotes the relevant theories of job analysis in human resources management,to set up the target,the principle of "product manager" position,and then through the interviews with relevant personnel and analysis of the work log of sales staff,preliminarily formed the job description of the position as a phased research results.At the same time,relevant requirements for personnel selection and training in the new post were also put forward.Finally,from the three dimensions of performance,salary and company culture,the author respectively proposed some design ideas and design principles of indemnificatory measures to ensure the smooth implementation and development of the new post.
