Risk Research And Analysis Of A Company's New Production Introduction Stage

With the rapid development of science and technology,the cycle of product upgrade is shortening day by day.The explosive development of various new technologies and composite materials has made the competition in the smart TV market more intense.In order to cope with the fierce market competition,most TV manufacturers have chosen the horizontal diversification of competition strategies,research and develop products with different price positioning to meet the needs of different consumer classes so that enhance market share.But during the production process of these products been launched,how to launch new products more efficiently and economically under the constraints of limited resources has become an increasingly serious challenge faced by major manufacturers.Firstly,this paper analyzes the smart TV industry and its present status of A company,and lists the production scheduling methods and possible risk sources in the process of new product introduction by consulting literature and using field survey.Subsequently,briefly introduce the theory of project management,constraint theory,analytic hierarchy process and linear programming.Meanwhile,as the manager of new product introduction,author goes deep into the front line of the TV production factory,carries out in-depth research and investigate for six months,fully expounds and analyzes the problems encountered by the enterprise in the process of new product introduction,and finally,the production risk sources of A company are systematically analyzed and circumvented by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),PDCA and linear programming to improve the overall operation efficiency of the factory.
