Research On Integration And Dynamic Management Of Project Bidding And Organization

With the constant improvement of the economic system, market competition is increasingly fierce, the managers more and more tend to manage the enterprise by project, project management theory research, especially the research about integration and dynamic management of project, has got rapid development. Benefit from that the integration and the dynamic management theory of project was push into practical application in various fields more and more, its superiority come into managers’eyes. In the Project management, that are calling for bids, bidding and the evaluation of bid, which determine the instructional objectives of project management, and the objectives must be achieved by organizing and implementing project. So, to achieve integration and dynamic management of the project, we must establish integrated and dynamic management guiding ideology and target from the initial link such as calling for bids, bidding and the evaluation of bid, and, in the organization and implementation of project, employ integration and dynamic management model and method, we can truly achieve integration and dynamic management of the project.In this text, the author employ the analytic hierarchy process (ahp), which is integration management method, combining with applying the idea of Branch and Bound Method to call for bids, solve the problem of complexity about using analytic hierarchy process (ahp) in the integrated management; Frog-Sing Evolutionary Game Theory, was applied to the bidders’strategy choice, take full advantage of the dynamics and the development of evolutionary game, to realize the integration and dynamic management of the project bidder strategy selection; In the organizing of the project operation,based on the project integration management factor, differentiation classified all factors of production, use linear programming method for the optimal allocation of production factors, not only achieve the further reasonable use of production factors, and greatly increase the flexibility of project integration management on the integrated factors, improve the resilience of the project organizing operation, meet the requirements of integration and dynamic in the operation of project.
