In recent years,the state has given a lot of support policies to the animation industry.The domestic animation ecosystem has been good.In 2018,the scale of secondary users of animation in China reached 270 million.With the increasing of secondary meta-culture audience and the increasing market demand,the overall industrial capacity of China's animation enterprises has greatly improved,but there are still many urgent problems to be solved behind such prosperity.Among them,the biggest problem is the shortage and development of knowledge-based animation talents.How to attract,retain and make good use of talents and maximize the benefits of talents is the most important problem that needs to be solved urgently.Vocational call is regarded as the orientation of individual's attitude in pursuit of self-worth and promoting individual's behavior satisfaction,and as the guidance of new profession.Its appearance provides a new entry point for the study of organizational behavior.In order to explore the impact of professional call on work attitude of knowledge workers in animation enterprises in China,this study uses social identity theory and social exchange theory.On the basis of these,according to the relationship among career calling,work attitude and Personal-Organizational value matching,research hypothesis is put forward,research model is constructed,and the mechanism of action among variables is explored in a deeper level.Firstly,this study reviews the relevant literature and summarizes the existing research results.Secondly,this paper combines the actual situation of the animation industry,as well as the concept authority of professional calling,work attitude and Personal-Organizational value matching to design the questionnaire.Finally,by collecting data through questionnaire collection,using correlation analysis and regression analysis,the authenticity of theoretical hypothesis is tested,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Career call of animation employees has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction;(2)Career call of employees in animation enterprises has a significant positive impact on organizational commitment;(3)Career call of employees in animation enterprises has a significant negative impact on turnover intention;(4)The job satisfaction of knowledge workers in animation enterprises plays an intermediary role between career call and turnover intention.(5)Organizational commitment of knowledge workers in animation enterprises plays an intermediary role between career call and turnover intention.(6)Personal-organizational value matching can regulate the relationship between career call and turnover intention.Finally,this study fully explains and discusses the test results,puts forward four management suggestions of this study,and finally points out the limitations of this study and prospects for the future.
