Over 40 years reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly.It has established the world's most complete modern industrial system and second largest economy and the largest manufacturing country.However,China faces the transformation of economic development model and upgrading of manufacturing structure.The transition from "Made in China" to " Intellectually Manufactured in China" is one of the core contents.In recent years,with the shortage of labor and rising labor costs,more and more manufacturer start to use automated equipment or robots to cope with this situation in China.China's machine vision industry has also entered a highway.But Shentor China company the paper's main research object,sales does not increasing and more employee leave,company's development in China meet some problem.There must have a suitable development strategy to guide company.This article study this issue.In this paper,the literature research method,observation method,case study method and interview research method were be used in writing.The main contents are as follows:The first part is Introduction,summarizes research background and meaning.The second part is relevant theory,outlines the corporate mission and vision theory,the theory of multinational corporations and the development strategy theory.The third part is company's external environmental analysis,analyzes the macro and industrial environment separately.The fourth part is company's internal analysis,analyzes company's resources and capabilities,value chain and internal strengths and weaknesses.The fifth part is Shentor China's development strategy,this paper attempts to re-define the development strategy for Shentor China.Based on the theory of multinational corporations,the new development strategy takes the establishment of localized subsidiaries as the starting point,formulates the corporate vision and corporate mission,clarifies the company's corporate positioning,and determines the company's strategic goals and specific strategies.The sixth part is Shentor China strategic implementation,In order to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy,this paper puts forward implementation suggestions from the three functional strategies of strategic support,production function and resource guarantee.Final is summary and wish,summarize the paper,point out the shortcomings and the focus of future attention.Combined with writer's work practices,this article do the following attempts:First,Shentor China is a machine vision company,as the research target,machine vision industry is the emerging industry in China,less literature focus on this industry.So,this article rich the research of machine vision industry.Second,this paper use foreign-funded enterprises in China as research object.Analyzes the reason why it poor sales and frequent leave of staff.Proposed to changed management method and adjustingorganizational structures.It could be reference for foreign-funded enterprises in China.
